Seaholly · Wagener Terrace · since 2019

Five people, a converted single house, and a shorter shelf.

Simone Adeyemi opened Seaholly in 2019 after a decade of facials that ended at the product counter. The studio sits in a converted single house near Hampton Park, with a side piazza, shutters, and a sea holly in a pot by the steps.

Pillars

What we hold to.

01

A shorter shelf

The routine is four or five steps, written down, and at least half of it is usually already in your bathroom.

02

The right hands

Estheticians do what estheticians do; a nurse does microneedling and stronger peels under a physician's protocols. Named on every page.

03

Charleston seasons

Peels and microneedling in the low-sun months, hydration through the humid ones, a plan for pollen season.

The team

The same hands every visit.

Founder and Lead Esthetician

Simone opened Seaholly in 2019 after a decade in spas where every facial ended at the product counter. She runs the Skin Audit, writes most of the routines, and is the reason the studio sells so little.

Esthetician

Grace leads the acne facials and dermaplaning and keeps the humidity notes for every client. Grew up on James Island and has opinions about pollen season.

Theo Marchetti, RN

Registered Nurse

Theo performs microneedling and the medium-strength peels under Dr. Holloway's written protocols, after years in a dermatology practice. He is the one who says "not this month" when the sun says so.

Medical Director

Margaret is a physician with a long dermatology career who writes the studio's protocols for peels and microneedling, reviews every nurse treatment plan, and is on site monthly and on call between visits.

Hannah Nguyen

Studio Coordinator

Hannah books the Skin Audits, sends the routine card after your visit, and keeps the Season Plan calendar so your peel lands in February, not July.

The rooms

Two treatment rooms with shutters, a consultation table by the window where the bags get emptied, and a piazza where people wait in good weather.
